Returns & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Rodio Club purchase. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of package delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Original brand tags, security ribbons, and poly-bag packaging must be intact.
• Items purchased during clearance or flash drops marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or size exchange, contact support at support@rodioclub.com with your Order Number (#ORD-XXXXXX) and reason for return. Our team will arrange reverse pickup.

4. Refund Method & Timelines

Once your returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 48 hours. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source (3-5 business days). COD orders receive store credit or direct bank transfer.
