1. Dispatch & Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation. During peak drop releases or promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

2. Shipping Timelines

We partner with top-tier courier networks (via Shiprocket) to ensure fast and reliable delivery across India:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
• Express Delivery (if selected): 1 to 3 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an AWB tracking number via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer prepaid free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. Standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply to orders below ₹1,999. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply where available.
